2016 Year in Review

The Big News
We found our forever home in Alameda and moved-in earlier this year! Ever since, we've been hard at work. We did an ensuite renovation, replaced our windows, settled in, and made sure to be ready for guests!
Happy Highlights
1 - We both turned 30! We celebrated with local friends and family in a combo birthday/house warming party.
2 - We adopted Sunny, a spunky terrier mix rescue, on August 4, after fostering for three weeks (#fosterfail). He's a road-tripping, teeth-losing, rough-and-tumble pup!
3 - This summer, Lauren started volunteering at Hopalong Animal Rescue, and Tyler celebrated 4 years with Optimizely, excited to now be leading his own team of engineers.
4 - We traveled to Greece for our honeymoon! It only took about a year to get on that plane, but it was oh-so worth it.
5 - For Halloween, the three of us became the Fairly Odd Parents with baby Poof, and won first place in the Petco Costume Contest!
6 - At 8 months old, Sunny is a certified AKC Good Citizen, which means he listens to commands, remains calm in exciting situations, and is well mannered on and off leash. We couldn't be prouder!
