2019 Year in Review
The Big News
Our daughter Eleanor is here! Since her birth in March, we’ve been watching her grow and learn about herself & the world around her. She’s a road-tripping, jet-setting, push-cart-walking, newly-talking nine month old, ready for her first Christmas season.
Happy Highlights
1 - Lauren went from prenatal yoga at the end of last year to mom & baby yoga early this year, Tyler took a few months off from Optimizely to get quality time in with El on parental leave. It takes a lot of patience and hard work to adjust to life with a baby, but we’re enjoying it immensely!
2 - Eleanor officially joined us in our family costumes tradition for Halloween, with a Seussical theme this year — featuring Tyler as the Cat in the Hat, Sunnydale as Yertle the Turtle, Lauren as the Lorax, and Eleanor as Horton with his Who friends on the clover!
3 - The HOA work is still in full swing this year, with a completed new patio deck this year (no more leak!) and new roofs scheduled for next year. We felt like all our hard work on the HOA had paid off when our neighbor and fellow Board member’s unit was sold after only two weeks on the market! We’re very sad to see these two go, but we’re looking forward to getting to know our new neighbors.
